Finding peace with imperfect personal expression is the practice that I come back to over & over again. Getting caught in a washing machine of anaylsis paralysis used to be my go-to. This closed down my throat chakra & dimmed my late until I just didn’t even express myself at all. Finally forgetting about perfection & finding peace in the imperfection of others healed myself as I found love for others.
